Introduction to the course:
A short course entitled “Liquid Effluent Management in a Hydrocarbon Processing (HP) Industry” (2 days) is offered for the Engineers, Managers and operators of the Effluent Treatment facilities in Oil industries. The objective of course is to help the professionals to understand the intricacies involved in handling of water and wastewater in their premises. The program has been designed to impart not only fundamental understanding about the subject domain, information on regulatory framework, but also prevailing practices, and new technologies on anvil.
