The third webinar in the biomass series was on Compressed Biogas Policies, Finance and Related issues on 17 March 2021. Prof. Rangan Banerjee moderated the session and Prof. Satish Agnihotri, IIT Bombay, spoke on "social issues related to bioenergy and biogas". Shri. YB Ramakrishna, the Former Chairman-Working Group on Bio Fuels, presented "CBG -Policy framework - Evolving Ecosystem - Challenges and way forward" and Shri. Ashish Chaterjee, Joint Secretary (GP), MoPNG spoke about the "policy related to CBG", and the chief guest was Dr Anil Kakodkar. 80-90 people from various fields, including industry and academia, participated in the session.
