This course was exclusively conducted for GAIL & coordinated by Prof. Rangan Banerjee. The objective of this course is to provide an overview of the status and potential of renewable energy technologies and systems and identify possible applications in the oil and gas industry. Options for hybridising with Oil and Gas and the role of it in a future scenario with higher renewables were discussed during the course. The course content is designed for engineers and managers to enable basic calculation and sizing, economic viability, and carbon savings for different renewable technologies.
